Welcome to Aralys. These Terms of Service govern your use of the Aralys mobile application and any related services we offer. By installing, accessing, or using Aralys, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the app.

Aralys is a tool for personal reflection.

It is not a substitute for professional advice, including medical, legal, financial, psychological, or safety-related guidance. The outputs you receive are generated by third-party language models and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated. You are solely responsible for any decision you make after reading them.

Your account is yours to protect.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials used to access Aralys and for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, attempt to disrupt the service, or use Aralys in ways that threaten the safety of others.

Storage and reflections.

Aralys stores certain preferences on your device to personalize your experience. Reflections you choose to save are stored locally, not on our servers, unless a future feature explicitly tells you otherwise.

Subscriptions.

Subscriptions, when offered, renew automatically at the price shown at sign-up. You may cancel at any time through your device's subscription management settings. Refunds are handled by the platform you used to subscribe.

Updates to these terms.

We may update these terms as Aralys evolves. Material changes will be communicated within the app or through other reasonable means. Continued use after an update indicates acceptance of the new terms.

As-is, without warranties.

Aralys is provided on an "as is" basis, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the app. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this paragraph may not apply to you.
