How we handle your information.

The short version

This site sets no advertising cookies, runs no third-party analytics, and includes no tracking pixels. We only keep information you deliberately give us — your name, email, and anything you tell our agent — and we use it for exactly one purpose: replying to you. We don't sell it, share it, or add you to a mailing list.

Cookies and browser storage

The public site (this page, the homepage, /what-we-build, /voice, /about, /Principal) sets no cookies at all. It uses your browser's local storage for a few functional items that never leave your device on their own: a count of how many times you've visited (so we don't nag you on your first visit), whether you've dismissed or completed our contact prompt, a 30-day memory of your registration so you don't have to retype it, and a per-tab session id that keeps a conversation with our agent threaded. Clearing your browser's site data removes all of it.

The one exception: if you sign into our Labs area (a login-protected developer surface), we set a session cookie to keep you signed in. That cookie exists only for authentication — it does not track you across sites.

What we collect when you reach out

When you register interest, ask to be contacted, or register to chat with our agent, we store what you submit — name, email, and any note — plus the page you were on, your IP address, and your browser's user-agent string (standard web-server context that helps us tell real inquiries from bots). This is stored in our database and a notification is emailed to our team so someone can reply.

SMS text messaging

SeaGlass Development, LLC runs a low-volume SMS program for operational and account-related messages tied to an inquiry, meeting, or account you have with us. This is not a marketing or promotional program, we don't run bulk or automated marketing text campaigns, and we don't use purchased, rented, or imported phone number lists.

Opt-in for this program is SMS-only — there is no web form. You opt in by texting START to (918) 918-3315. That text is your affirmative, voluntary consent to receive operational texts from SeaGlass Development, LLC at the number you texted from. Consent is specific to that number and to this operational purpose, and it is never a condition of doing business with us. Message frequency varies — up to 10 messages per day. Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; we'll send one confirmation and then stop, unless you text START again. Reply HELP for help, or email agent@seaglassdev.com. Message delivery depends on carriers, which aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We and our SMS platform provider retain opt-in and opt-out records (the number, the message, and the time) for as long as needed to honor your preference and meet legal and carrier requirements — see "Retention and deletion" below. Your mobile number and SMS consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and that carve-out applies even where our general information-sharing practices are described elsewhere on this page.

Conversations with our agent

Conversations with the SeaGlass site agent are recorded and may be summarized so a human can follow up usefully. Your questions are processed by the AI providers behind our gateway (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and xAI) to generate answers, and text you submit on the /voice demo is sent to the selected voice provider to be synthesized. If you use voice input, the speech-to-text step happens in your browser using your browser's own speech recognition. Don't share sensitive personal information with the agent — it's a sales assistant, not a confidential channel.

What we never do

We don't sell or rent your information. We don't run ads or ad-network scripts. We don't add you to automated marketing sequences — "no list, no drip" is written on the form and it's how the system is actually built.

Retention and deletion

We keep inquiries and conversation records for as long as they're useful for the conversation you started with us. Want your information deleted or want to know exactly what we hold about you? Email agent@seaglassdev.com from the address you registered with and we'll take care of it.
